On July 14, 2025, the EU issued Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1399 to revise the entry for perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related compounds under Part A to Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 on POPs (POP Recast Regulation, current consolidated version to October 2024).
