We are pleased to announce that the contract to provide pre-verification of conformity (PVoC) services under the Gabonese Conformity Assessment Program (PROGEC) has been renewed on April 3, 2026, for an additional three years, extending through April 2029.
Through this renewal, implemented under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry and Local Transformation and in collaboration with the Gabonese Standardization Agency (AGANOR), the Gabonese authorities reaffirm their strong commitment to consumer health and safety, as well as the protection of local industry and the environment. The renewed program also continues to support capacity building and the strengthening of Gabon’s national quality infrastructure.
The renewal of this contract also reflects the continued confidence placed in SGS after a full decade of collaboration and three consecutive renewals. It highlights the expertise of our teams in delivering conformity assessment services with the highest standards of integrity.
