The Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens, Greece has renewed its partnership with SGS to implement the SGS Disinfection Monitored service, demonstrating the museum's sense of responsibility toward its employees and the public.
This is the second year that it has implemented this program, which validates the effectiveness and proper implementation of all cleaning and disinfection procedures, including those required to prevent the transmission of SARS Cov-2/COVID-19. The program is particularly relevant for organizations that conduct activities where large numbers of people congregate.
The SGS Disinfection Monitored service checks the completeness of all cleaning and disinfection procedures and verifies their correct application by taking samples from the surfaces that have been cleaned and disinfected. Upon successful completion of the process, the organization is allowed to display a special mark, enhancing the sense of security of employees and the public.
Once again, this program will be implemented in all parts of the Museum of Cycladic Art – exhibitions, offices, educational programs, Cycladic Shop, Cycladic Cafe, etc. The SGS Disinfection Monitored Mark will continue to assure visitors and employees that they are being protected by properly performed cleaning and disinfection procedures.
SGS Disinfection Monitored has already been used to validate the safety of the cleaning and disinfection procedures of many international organizations around the world, including international hotel chains, such as Accor and Radisson, real estate companies and hospitals.
