SGS will hold its Annual General Meeting, which will take place as scheduled on Tuesday March 24, 2020. However, in view of the rapidly developing COVID-19 health crisis, the Board of Directors of SGS has put in place measures to safeguard the health and safety of its shareholders, employees and members of the Board.
In view of the exceptional circumstances, and in full compliance with the COVID-19 Ordinance 2 of the Swiss Federal Council amended on March 16, our Annual General Meeting will take place without the physical attendance of shareholders. They received a personalized letter to this effect from Chairman of the Board Peter Kalantzis on March 17.
Shareholders who have not already done so, may still exercise their rights by returning their voting instructions printed on the back of the admission card which was sent to them on February 28. All questions received in advance will be answered and addressed by the Board during the meeting.
