MinnovEX is the global market leader in the application of unique metallurgical technologies to optimise plant and asset performance in the mining sector. MinnovEX uses metallurgical testing, innovative process control models and simulations to maximise client return from their mining activities. With revenues of CAD 10mio and more than 50 employees in Canada, Brazil, South Africa and Chile, MinnovEX’s technical expertise will be integrated with that of SGS Lakefield Research, thus strengthening SGS Minerals’ position as the key provider of metallurgical services worldwide. We view this very positively, and look forward to realizing the synergies that will result.
