Radisson Hotel Groups: Cleaning & Sanitation Excellence Through Global Verification

By Federico J. González, CEO, Radisson Hotel Group

Radisson

Radisson Hotel Group continues its partnership with SGS, and the continued global implementation of the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol to further strengthen Radisson Hotel Group’s existing rigorous sanitation, cleanliness and disinfection program across its portfolio around the world.

The Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol is an official cleanliness and disinfection label which is being used by over 1,500 of our hotels only after an in-depth centralized validation process has been conducted by SGS. In addition, selected hotels receive the additional SGS Disinfection Monitored & Cleaning Checked label upon completion of a comprehensive local audit, including on-site testing using the latest technology

Our partnership was sealed in early 2020, as hotels were reopening after mandatory or business induced closures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The definition of the Radisson Hotels Safety protocol combined with validation by SGS allows us to address the new requirements and guest expectations for a healthy and safe environment when they travel. We value the independence, assurance and high degree of professionalism of the SGS team to provide solutions in the hospitality sector and, specifically in relation to the Protocol, the traceability and documentation of hotel performance.
