SGS Announces New Share Buyback Program

SGS SA announces a new CHF 250 million share buyback program for the purpose of capital reduction starting on June 21, 2022.

A dedicated second trading line on SIX Swiss Exchange will be used to execute the share buyback. The program will end on December 30, 2022, at the latest.
