The National Standardization Administration of China has announced the publication of the updated GB/T 6675.11 standard for safety in activity toys for domestic use.
On December 31, 2025, the National Standardization Administration of China announced the publication of the updated standard GB/T 6675.11-2025 “Safety of toys – Part 11: Swings, slides and similar activity toys for indoor and outdoor family domestic use”, which replaces the former standard published in 2014.
The implementation date for the updated standard will be November 1, 2026, in line with the other parts of the GB 6675 series standards, also published recently. The requirements of the standard are mainly based on the international standard for safety of toys – ISO 8124-4.
