The European Chemicals Agency has launched a 45-day consultation for listing two chemicals as substances of very high concern (SVHC). Comments are accepted until April 3, 2023.
On February 17, 2023, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) launched a 45-day consultation period for listing bis(4-chlorophenyl) sulphone and diphenyl(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine oxide as substances of very high concern (SVHC). If approved, the number of SVHC on the Candidate List will expand from 233 entries to 235 entries.
According to ECHA, comments will be accepted until April 3, 2023.
