EU Toy Safety Requirements Update

Publication of a full draft of the text of the new Toy Safety Regulation (a revision of the Toy Safety Directive) was postponed from Q1 of this year, but if it is made available before June 1, the latest news and information will be explored by presenters Sanda Stefanovic and Dr HingWo Tsang.

A new version of Guidance No. 11 was published in February 2023, and details of how toys for children aged three and under will be classified will also be available in the webinar. In view of the recent activity from the European Committee for Standardization (CEN), discussion of the changes that may be expected will be included.
