SGS is pleased to announce the acquisition of AIEX, based in Cherbourg, France, further enhancing our portfolio of services for the nuclear energy sector.
Founded in 1998, AIEX provides mainly technical and welding inspection services to the nuclear and marine industries in France. The company employs 28 highly skilled staff and generated approximately EUR 2.9 million of revenue in 2021.
