The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into industries worldwide presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly in governance, security, and ethical considerations. Recognizing the growing importance of responsible AI management, SGS was invited by ISACA Amman, Jordan Chapter to be part of an insightful seminar on ISO 42001 – the international standard for AI Management, Governance, and Security.

The event brought together 40 to 50 professionals, including industry leaders, auditors, and cybersecurity experts, to explore AI governance frameworks and security challenges. Some of the key highlights included:
Strong AI governance fosters trust, responsibility, and keeps organizations ahead through ethical compliance.

AI governance isn’t just about ticking compliance boxes — it’s about creating transparent, ethical, and resilient AI systems that people can trust and rely on. ISO 42001 gives organizations a clear roadmap to manage AI risks, build accountability and strengthen confidence in AI-powered solutions.
