SGS established the consumer goods testing facility in Karachi in 1992, and since then, we have been at the forefront of ensuring that our clients' products meet international and national standards. Today, this facility occupies 16”500 sq ft and employs 170 professionals.
Our team of experts uses state-of-the-art equipment to conduct rigorous tests on textile and leather products to ensure that they are safe for use and comply with relevant regulations.
SGS Pakistan testing facility has been regularly taking part in proficiency testing programs in order to ensure precision and reliability of test results. Those proficiency testing programs are organized by SGS and by third party organizations such as AATCC, iis, ASTM, TEPS, Round Robin Testing and major fashion brands.
The latest successful passing of the Global Proficiency Program is another milestone for us, as it proves that we have the expertise and resources to deliver accurate results consistently.
