Join our webinar to gain insights into the Taiwan cosmetics regulations changes, how it may affect you and much more!
Overview
The beauty and personal care market continues to grow in Taiwan. The authorities amended and released the Cosmetics Hygiene and Safety Act in 2019. The regulation requiring online notification for general cosmetics came into effect on July 1, 2021. The Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) has set July 1, 2024, as the deadline for the notification of specific purpose cosmetics. From this date, cosmetics companies will shift to notification and PIF, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. Subsequently, other types of cosmetics, including general use products, will be phased in as controlled items under this act.
Objective
This webinar, presented by Hester Yu, will help cosmetics manufacturers and importers understand the Taiwan cosmetics regulations changes. Hester will provide insights regarding the product notification and the full product information files (PIF) required for TFDA inspection.
