Get aligned with the FSSC v 5.1 additional requirements.

In November 2020, FSSC 22000 published a new version of their certification scheme incorporating the GFSI benchmarking requirements.

The new FSSC 22000 V5.1 came into effect on April 1, 2021 and all sites must be audited against version 5.1 by March 31, 2022. This new version incorporates several changes to the main requirements and detailed changes to the FSSC additional requirements.
