SGS T&CS receives ILT recognition for ADR inspections on transport tanks and tank containers
On 14 November 2025, SGS T&CS officially received ILT recognition for carrying out periodic, intermediate, and exceptional inspections on ADR transport tanks (6.7) and ADR tank containers (6.8). This is an important milestone that provides direct benefits to our customers.
What does this recognition entail?
With this recognition, SGS T&CS is now authorized to perform inspections independently, with its SGS certification, on:
- Transport tanks for hazardous goods classes 1 through 9 (ADR 6.7)
- Tank containers for hazardous goods classes 1 and 3 through 9 (ADR 6.8)
