Ana Machado - Food Product Manager, SGS Portugal
With an academic background in Biotechnological Engineering, followed by an Integrated Master’s degree in Quality, Environment and Safety and a specialization in Strategic Management, Ana Machado brings solid experience in auditing, training and management.
As an auditor at SGS ICS and a trainer at SGS Academy, she demonstrates a strong commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ana held the position of Director at SGSLAB from 2006 to 2017, before taking on her current role as Food Product Manager at SGS in 2019.

Andrew Dalgleish - Technical Manager Non-food BRCGS, BRCGS
With almost 40 years' experience in the food industry, Andrew has worked in a range of food manufacturers, food service businesses, food retailers, and for several certification bodies; he has audited businesses in over 40 countries.
He has been a certifier and an approved trainer for a range of GFSI-benchmarked schemes.
Andrew joined BRCGS in October 2025.
