Talent Acquisition
- During 2015, more than 16,000 positions were filled by internal candidates or external people. Our headcount rose 6.2% from 80,000 to 85,000
- Employee natural turnover decreased by 6.5%
- During 2014 and 2015, we deployed our employer brand in 90 countries, covering 100% of our total 2015 hiring countries
- Through our strategic partnership with LinkedIn, the number of followers increased from around 14,000 in 2012 to more than 220,000 by the end of 2015
- Our gender ratio of female to male employees remains broadly unchanged from 2014, while our equal opportunity ratio of female/male managers as a proportion of female/male employees is improved at 0.87 from 0.84 in 2014

Talent Development
- In 2015, training hours increased by 2% against 2014 to 2.7 million hours
- The proportion of employees completing annual performance appraisals at 67% is broadly unchanged from 2014. We anticipate that more employees will complete performance appraisals following the implementation of our revised performance management program and our new TalentForce tool

- In 2015, 29% of our employees were covered by collective bargaining agreements
- Our sickness absence rate for 2015 decreased by 3% compared to 2014
- 26,681 employees responded to our annual employee engagement survey, CATALYST, in 2015. Representing a response rate of 87%, this is the highest level of participation we have received to date
