Target Achieved Progress in 2014 Equal opportunity ratio of 1.0
by 2014On track Our equal opportunity ratio has increased by 15.4% on 2013 to 0.75. Although the total number of female employees has decreased by 2.3%, the total number of female managers has increased by around 8%. While we did not achieve our goal by the end of 2014, we expect further improvement in our performance beyond 2014. -
