QB/T 4546-2021 <Children’s leather sandals> was released on December 2, 2021 and officially implemented on April 1, 2022.

On December 2, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) issued Children’s leather sandals product standard QB/T 4546-2021, which became effective April 1, 2022. QB/T 4546-2021 replaces the previous edition, QB/T 4546-2013.

The new standard applies to the production, inspection and sale of children's and infants’ leather sandals for general use, where the uppers are mainly made of natural leather, artificial materials, or textile materials by various processes.
