March 31, 2020 - Today, SGS publishes its 2019 Sustainability Report which highlights our commitment to creating value to society beyond our financial results, which has a net positive impact across our value chain.

In today’s unprecedented circumstances, the world is increasingly realizing just how important non-financial impact is for businesses.

SGS was widely recognized internationally for sustainability leadership in 2019. The newly published Sustainability Report analyzes how SGS approaches sustainability, including our Strategy and 2020 Ambitions. It provides details on how the programs and initiatives across our operations, supply chain and services create long-term value for all our stakeholders and society. These actions have been recognized internationally, making SGS an industry leader in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World and Europe and included in the CDP “A-List”. The report also includes a calculation in monetary terms of the total value we create for society using our pioneering impact valuation methodology.

More details can be found in the Online Sustainability Report featuring 2019 highlights.
