As the new season gets underway our inspectors and agronomists are working across the Black Sea region to assess potential yields and assure quality in the fields.


Favorable weather conditions for winter crops in both Russia and Ukraine reflect well in this year’s forecasts. Harvest yields and exports are expected to increase in Russia, with hopes for the country's second highest record crop, after 2017’s exceptional outcomes. In Ukraine, the forecast is for stability, with yields and exports expected to be consistent with last season.
