The global association, which has a membership of over 80 companies from the automotive, technology and telecommunications industries, aims to develop end-to-end solutions for future mobility and transportation services. It supports the idea that 5G will be the ultimate platform to enable C-ITS and the provision of V2X.
As the industry leader in cellular technology, SGS provides testing and certification for thousands of devices including mobile phones, tablets, IoT/M2M devices, telematics units, chipsets and modules covering 2G/3G/4G and is now working towards 5G.
With competence centers for its wireless division in North America, Asia and Europe, SGS boasts a strong portfolio of certifications and accreditations.
