Exporter Portal enables clients to submit an online request for a certificate of conformity, a registration or a license from SGS. Clients can open a PCA transaction 24/7 and complete it at their preferred pace. A document upload service allows supporting e-documents to be submitted and directly links documents to PCA case numbers.
The app also includes a tracking service and a status and communications module. Users can send queries directly to SGS staff members, allowing issues to be resolved quickly and speeding up the entire PCA process.
