Hospitality Experience Program Launched at AAHOA Convention
SGS presented the Hospitality Experience (HX) Program at the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) Annual Convention and Trade Show, launching HX in the North American market.
The AAHOA is the hotel industry's largest trade show. The four day event, from March 27-30, 2018 brought together hotel industry professionals and vendors. Activities included one-stop shopping for hoteliers, educational programs and presentations by esteemed speakers.
Peter Hvidberg, Global Head of Travel and Hospitality at SGS, presented HX when addressing the topic, "Meeting the Challenge: Mitigating Risk in the Hospitality Sector". When asked about the event, he said, "When a minor incident can be magnified with a single online review, it is more important than ever to ensure that a hotel property is doing all that it can to consistently achieve exceptional service and provide an exceptional guest experience. HX has been designed specifically for the hospitality industry to meet a variety of needs and provide solutions for many of the issues facing the industry today. We are excited to work together to address the issues, enhance the experiences of guests in the United States and showcase the real impact of HX within the industry."

- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Quality of Service Experience (QX)
