SGS has renewed its contract with the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) for the provision of Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVoC) to standards for a further three years.
Starting February 19, 2018, this renewal is SGS's fifth 3-year contract for the provision of PVoC in Kenya, and the company has been awarded the contract for global coverage – the only provider with such capacity.

KEBS has retained most features of the existing contract, but a new procedure has been introduced for consolidated consignments, and the fee schedule has changed. An updated datasheet, including these updates, will be published shortly on SGS's Kenya PVoC Program page >

  • Documentary check of conformity to regulations
  • Assessment of conformity to Kenyan Standards

With decades of experience managing conformity assessment programs around the world SGS offers exporters efficient and comprehensive solutions to ensure shipments conform to Kenya's requirements.
