SGS Attends Second Hospitality Philippines Forum
SGS was at the Hospitality Philippines forum at the Marriott Hotel Manila on November 8, 2017.
With more than half of attendees coming from the hotels segment, and the rest including a mix of property developers and hotel suppliers, this was the perfect venue for introducing our Hospitality Experience program to the Philippines.

Our new certification service provides assurance of excellent service quality, so both hoteliers and guests can have peace of mind. This summer, we performed more than 10,800 audits worldwide and found that 75% of non-conformities were related to building issues, 15% were related to water safety issues and 10% were related to food safety.
“Today, a minor incident can be magnified with a single online review, which increases the demand and pressure for quality of service, excellence and commitment for all hotel brands,” said Peter Hvidberg, SGS Global Head for Travel and Hospitality Solutions, at the event. Hvidberg believes it is more important than ever for hotels in the Philippines to do all they can to ensure that their properties achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
