Since 2011, SGS has enjoyed a steady decline in the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRI) and Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR). Shifting to a proactive safety culture, SGS has also significantly increased the volume of progressive leading indicators reported, in particular, HSE training hours, leadership visits, and hazards reported. This has helped the organization to mitigate risk and build a strong culture of safety.
