SGS has been awarded a two-year upstream services contract with DNO, the Norwegian oil and gas operator.

As a result, SGS will provide a range of electric line and slickline services for DNO’s offshore rigs and rig-less operations in the Gulf region. The contract term is for two years and will commence in October of this year. SGS will provide DNO with a broad spectrum of electric line and slickline services, which will include:

  • Reservoir evaluation logging
  • Analysis behind tubing and casing
  • Production logging
  • Cement and corrosion evaluation
  • Plug setting/retrieval services
  • Perforating and pipe recovery services
  • Various slickline services
