SGS’s new white paper focuses on supply chain management and provides an overview of current thinking within the food industry on how best to manage supply chain risks.

The aim is to promote an understanding of the key principles of effective supply chain management and provide practical guidelines that companies can use today to manage supply chain risks. This paper is aimed equally at those organisations with established supply chain management procedures, as well as those considering the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
