This Key Account Platform provides networking support from an international to a global scale with focal SGS key account manager presence in the US, Europe and Asia. The alliance of key account managers commits to providing one-stop QA solutions worldwide to our clients through the interaction between SGS affiliates within the SGS group.
A client’s headquarters for compliance and regulatory policy may be located in the US while its major suppliers are located in Asia. Our global key account manager communicates with the client in their country and coordinates the program launch at the supplier’s location through SGS affiliates and nearby SGS laboratories.
