Mark Glass, Head of Business Development EU

Mark manages Scientific Insourcing for the life sciences sector at SGS, which operates globally to deliver insourced resource solutions into client environments to support GxP managed services.

Mark has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. After completing post graduate study at the University of London he worked in Europe and the USA as a Study Director, before moving into a range of commercial and operational roles, which include the establishment of insourcing and functional service provision solutions for pharmaceutical clients globally.

Neesha Harji, Global Recruitment Consultant

Neesha (BA (hons) in Marketing) has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment. At SGS, Neesha is responsible for various types of sourcing and elements of the recruitment life cycle, from head hunting to managing high volume and/or hard-to-fill technical and non-technical positions, conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ experience/capabilities and ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
