ISO22000 ต่างกับ FSSC22000 อย่างไร?
FSSC 22000 ย่อมาจาก Food Safety System Certification 22000 เป็นมาตรฐานด้านการจัดการความปลอดภัยอาหาร จัดทำโดยหน่วยงาน Foundation FSSC ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรที่ไม่แสวงหากำไรใน Netherlands มาตรฐาน FSSC 22000 ได้รับการยอมรับโดย Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) ครั้งแรกในปี 2010 และได้มีการปรับปรุงมาตรฐานอย่างต่อเนื่อง จนถึงปี 2023 ได้ประกาศใช้มาตรฐาน FSSC 22000 V.6 ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานฉบับปัจจุบัน
โครงสร้างข้อกำหนด FSSC 22000 ประกอบด้วย
- ISO22000 ข้อกำหนดระบบการจัดการความปลอดภัยอาหาร
- Specific prerequisite program (PRPs) โปรแกรมพื้นฐานที่มีความเฉพาะเจาะจงและครอบคลุมธุรกิจที่อยู่ในห่วงโซ่อาหาร เช่น ISO/TS 22002-1 สำหรับการผลิตอาหาร (รวมถึงอาหารสัตว์เลี้ยง), ISO/TS 22002-2 สำหรับการจัดเลี้ยง, ISO/TS 22002-4 สำหรับการผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์สำหรับอาหาร, ISO/TS 22002-5 สำหรับการจัดเก็บและขนส่งสินค้า และ ISO/TS 22002-6 สำหรับการผลิตอาหารสัตว์
- FSSC 22000 scheme requirements ประกอบด้วยเอกสาร 3 ส่วนได้แก่
- a) FSSC 22000 additional requirements ข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติมของ FSSC 22000
- b) Scheme interpretation articles เอกสารชี้แจงเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการตีความข้อกำหนดและการประยุกต์ใช้ ได้แก่ Laboratory Analysis for Critical Food Safety Parameters และ Quality Control
- c) Board of Stakeholders (BOS) decision list เอกสารแสดงรายการตัดสินใจของคณะกรรมการผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย เพื่อยกเลิกหรือชี้แจงข้อกำหนด และให้มีการประยุกต์ใช้ในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด BOS decision list เป็นเอกสารที่ไดนามิคซึ่งอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความจำเป็น
ใบรับรองมาตรฐาน FSSC 22000 มีอายุ 3 ปี มีรอบตรวจติดตาม หรือ surveillance audit ทุก 1 ปี ระดับความไม่สอดคล้องแบ่งออกเป็น Minor Major และ Critical ผลการตรวจประเมินไม่มีการระบุเกรดบนใบรับรอง FSSC มีการตรวจประเมินแบบไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หรือ Unannounced audit หนึ่งครั้งในรอบอายุใบรับรองสามปี
"How Does ISO 22000 Differ from FSSC 22000?"
FSSC 22000, or Food Safety System Certification 22000, is a food safety management standard developed by the Foundation FSSC, a non-profit organization based in the Netherlands. Recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) since 2010, FSSC 22000 has undergone continuous updates, with the latest version, FSSC 22000 V.6, released in 2023.
Structure of FSSC 22000 Requirements:
ISO 22000 – Defines food safety management system requirements.
Specific Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) – Industry-specific foundational programs covering different food chain sectors, such as
- ISO/TS 22002-1: Food manufacturing (including pet food)
- ISO/TS 22002-2: Catering
- ISO/TS 22002-4: Food packaging manufacturing
- ISO/TS 22002-5: Storage and distribution
- ISO/TS 22002-6: Animal feed production
- a) FSSC 22000 Additional Requirements – Extra requirements beyond ISO 22000.
b) Scheme Interpretation Articles – Clarifications on requirements and implementation, including laboratory analysis for critical food safety parameters and quality control.
c) Board of Stakeholders (BOS) Decision List – A dynamic document outlining stakeholder decisions, including requirement clarifications and implementation timelines.
Valid for three years, with an annual surveillance audit.
Non-conformities classified as Minor, Major, or Critical but no grading on the certificate.
One unannounced audit is required during the three-year certification cycle.
