Seminar: Food Contact Materials and Plastic Food Containers Standards in Compliance with Thai and EU Regulations

สัมมนาหัวข้อมาตรฐานสำหรับวัสดุสัมผัสอาหารและภาชนะบรรจุอาหารประเภทพลาสติกตามกฎหมายไทยและสหภาพยุโรป

ปัจจุบันมีการใช้วัสดุและภาชนะบรรจุอาหารประเภทพลาสติกหลากหลายมากขึ้น ประเทศไทยรวมทั้งสหภาพยุโรปได้ให้ความสำคัญต่อสุขภาพของผู้บริโภค จึงได้มีการพัฒนาข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกั บรรจุภัณฑ์ที่สัมผัสกับอาหาร เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสถาณการณ์ปัจจุบันทางบริษัท เอสจีเอส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จึงได้จัดอบรมวิชาการและสัมมนา เพื่อให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจในข้อกำหนดและมาตรฐานใหม่นี้

  ประเทศไทยได้มีการปรับปรุงประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ฉบับที่ 435 ว่าด้วยเรื่องกำหนดคุณภาพหรือมาตรฐานของภาชนะบรรจุที่ทำจากพลาสติก และมีผลบังคับใช้ไปแล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2565 นอกจากนี้ยังได้กำหนดกฎกระทรวงเพื่อกำหนดมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมภาชนะและเครื่องใช้พลาสติกสำหรับอาหาร มอก 655 และ มอก 2493 ที่ควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ภาชนะและเครื่องใช้พลาสติกสำหรับอาหารที่ผลิตทั้งในประเทศและนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ มีผลบังคับใช้วันที่ 3 มกราคม 2566 ที่ผ่านมา ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้ผู้ประกอบการได้มีความเข้าใจในข้อกำหนดและเป็นแนวทางในการทำผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สอบคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐาน ห้องปฏิบัติการ บริษัทเอสจีเอส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด จึงขอเชิญลูกค้าผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมสัมมนาในหัวข้อเรื่องมาตรฐานสำหรับวัสดุสัมผัสอาหารและภาชนะบรรจุอาหารประเภทพลาสติกตามกฎหมายไทยและยุโรป

A Seminar on Food Contact Materials and Plastic Food Containers Standards in Compliance With Thai and EU Regulations

  The prevailing increase in diversity of food contact material and plastic food container applications and the importance of consumer health have prompted Thailand and European Union to set out new requirements and standards relating to food contact containers. Responding to this development, SGS (Thailand) has organized a technical training and seminar aimed to provide knowledge and understanding of this new requirements and standards. 

An update has been made to Thailand Ministry of Public Health Notification No. 435: Determination of Quality or Standards of Plastic Containers, effective since June 18, 2022. In addition, a Ministerial Regulation has been issued to mandate standards for industrial products—plastic containers and utensils for food, TIS 655 and TIS 2493, setting up requirements for domestically produced and imported plastic containers and utensils for food, effective on January 3, 2023. To help entrepreneurs gain understanding of the requirements and providing guidelines on producing the products to comply with the requirements of the standards, SGS (Thailand) Laboratory are hosting a seminar on the topic of Standards for Food Contact Materials and Plastic Food Container in compliance with Thai and EU Regulations (as detailed below) and would like you to attend.
