Cosmetics manufacturers face growing scrutiny over product safety, ingredient composition and environmental impact. Regulations concerning substances of concern, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), continue to evolve, while attention to endocrine-disrupting properties is increasing. Concurrently, consumer expectations around sustainability mean that greater transparency around environmental performance and biodegradability has become a key market driver.

These developments create considerable challenges for R&D, regulatory, quality and sustainability teams. Organizations must anticipate regulatory change, address emerging scientific concerns and generate robust data to support safety assessments, compliance and market access.

In this complimentary webinar, our experts will explore PFAS, endocrine disruptors and biodegradability, focusing on regulatory developments, testing approaches and environmental performance assessment. Topics include PFAS analytical solution, endocrine disruptor assessment, including the EASZY test for detecting endocrine activity, and biodegradability testing strategies for evaluating environmental performance. Attendees will learn how scientifically robust methods and reliable testing strategies can support informed decision-making, reduce development risks and strengthen product safety, compliance and sustainability efforts.
