We are proud to announce that we have been awarded a new three-year pre-shipment verification of conformity (PVoC) contract by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) for imports from the China Zone, covering Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mongolia and Macau.
Effective May 1, 2026, this achievement demonstrates our strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety for products entering the Tanzanian market.
Under this new contract, we will continue to provide comprehensive and reliable conformity assessment services for goods destined for Tanzania, including laboratory testing through our global network. Our goal is to support TBS in fulfilling its mandate to reduce the importation of substandard products from the China Zone in the short term and ultimately eliminate them over the long term.
By doing so, we help protect public health, ensure consumer safety and safeguard the environment in Tanzania, while also supporting fair competition for local manufacturers.
