Feb 16, 2024

SGS is pleased to announce that it has been recognized in the S&P Sustainability Yearbook 2024, ranking among the top 1% of companies in the Professional Services industry.

Renowned as one of the most prestigious publications for analyzing sustainability efforts in the business world, the S&P Sustainability Yearbook 2024 has rewarded our global efforts in environment, social and corporate governance practices.

Currently in its 20th year, the S&P Sustainability Yearbook provides transparency to business leaders and investors offering measurable sustainability performance rooted in comprehensive, detailed and trusted data and insights.

In 2024, over 9,400 companies from 62 industries were assessed. To be included in the Yearbook, companies must be in the top 15% of their industry and have a score within 30% of the best-performing companies in their sector in the S&P Global 2023 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

Ariel Bauer, Group Vice President, Investor Relations, Communications & Sustainability at SGS said: “We are honored to feature so prominently in the Sustainability Yearbook 2024. We see this recognition not just as a reward for SGS’ strong commitment to sustainability but also as a major incentive to remain at the forefront of the best sustainable practices in the future.”
