The quiet period begins 30 calendar days prior to the announcement of the full-year and half-year results, and 21 calendar days prior to the publication of quarterly sales updates. During these periods, SGS does not engage in discussions with analysts or investors regarding financial performance, outlook, or market-sensitive information, beyond information that has already been publicly disclosed.
