We are pleased to announce the opening of a new laboratory in Hai Phong, Vietnam, on May 29, 2026. This ISO/IEC 17025 accredited facility strengthens our food testing capabilities in Northern Vietnam, bringing reliable testing services closer to customers.
A new laboratory in Northern Vietnam
Located at Lot CN8.2, Nam Cau Kien Industrial Zone, Thien Huong Ward, Hai Phong City, the laboratory forms part of a broader facility spanning more than 7,000 m² and encompassing multiple business units.
Our laboratory currently employs more than 10 staff members, supporting the delivery of microbiological testing services. As part of the next phase of development, the team is expected to grow to more than 30 staff members in Q1 2027, alongside an expansion of testing capabilities.
Supporting customers closer to their operations
The opening of our new laboratory strengthens our local testing capacity in Northern Vietnam, providing closer support for customers in the Hai Phong and Hanoi region, and in surrounding export and manufacturing hubs. The facility is backed by our national laboratory network across Vietnam and our global technical expertise.
Customers can now access microbiological testing services closer to their production and supply-chain operations. This can help reduce sample transportation time, improve turnaround and responsiveness, and support compliance with food safety and quality requirements, while benefiting from our globally recognized testing expertise.
We offer a range of turnaround options to suit customer needs:
- Regular service: 5-7 working days
- Express service: 3 working days
- Double express service: 2 working days
- Emergency service: 1 working day
