Kazakhstan has been working on projects that contributed to their success for over two years now. Also, last year, the team did a great job in creating demand for outsourcing of laboratories as well as quality control. Although the team is happy with "quick wins" it is the longer term sales and customer relationships that are the best indicators of quality. We remain the leader in most of the areas of the TIC business due to our professionalism and high ethical culture.
The team in Kazakhstan realized that at some stage their success would be limited and so knew they had to be dynamic. The strategic evolution of the business structure has helped them find new efficiencies and synergies and their digital journey continues, with the introduction of the ERP procurement system.
