Advanced testing infrastructure
We operate a multi-laboratory facility in Mombasa with three specialized units, offering a wide range of testing capabilities:
- Minerals: physiochemical testing of soda ash and crushed refined soda
- Oil, gas and chemicals commodities: testing of crude oil, condensate, hydrocarbon fractions, fuels (road, marine, aviation), base oil, lubricants, coolants, inorganic liquids, etc.
- Environmental: testing of soil, plant tissue, water, sludge and sediments, analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), SVOC, heavy metals, etc.
- Food, fresh produce and feed: food safety and quality testing, including microbiology, mycotoxins, pesticides residues, heavy metals, veterinary drug residues, absolute gamma radiation, proteins, lipids, fiber, ash, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, natural compounds, preservatives, etc.
- Cosmetics and personal care: microbiological, shelf-life and regulatory compliance testing
With a strong, multilayered quality infrastructure, our testing facility has consistently maintained and expanded its ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation scope since 2002.
