SGS has a new ACCREDIA Calibration Centre - LAT Centre No. 159T, an ISO 17025 metrology laboratory, capable of performing flow rate calibrations (mass and volume) of gases.
Metrological Capabilities
- Calibration for flow rate of thermomass sensor gas flow meters
- With flow regulation (Mass-Flow Controller) or without regulation (Mass-Flow Meter). The working range of laboratory-calibratable flow meters is between 2.5 mL/min and 50000 mL/min (0.0025 L/min 50 L/min).
- Calibration for the flow rate of piston flowmeters
- The working range of laboratory-calibratable flowmeters is between 2.5 mL/min and 50000 mL/min (0.0025 L/min 50 L/min).
Certificate and Accreditation Tables
The certificate and accreditation table showing quantities, instruments, measuring range and associated uncertainties, are attached hereto and in any case available on the ACCREDIA website on this link.
The laboratory is also able to carry out calibrations on other types of flowmeters (e.g. floating flowmeters) for the measurement of gas flow rates with the issuing of calibration reports.
