New directive of the PAI (The Public Authority for Industry (PAI) of the State of Kuwait)
As of March 1, 2022, all Toy shipments to Kuwait must obtain the Gulf Type Examination Certificates (Gmark) and, in addition, the Technical Inspection Report (TIR) in order to enter Kuwait. Shipments of children's toys cannot be cleared through customs without these preliminary certifications
