An in-depth analysis of the newly published standard BS ISO 18527-3: 2020, Eye and face protection for sports use — Part 3: Requirements and test methods for eyewear intended to be used for surface swimming.
Abstract
At the end of the day, your swim goggles aren’t going to be the thing that separate first from second place in the pool – it’s just going to keep different materials in the pool from irritating your eyes and better help you see underwater. With the newly introduced safety standard BS ISO 18527:2020, it specifies requirements and test methods for eyewear intended for surface swimming and deals with materials, construction, optical properties and test methods.
SGS Hong Kong is pleased to invite you to join our webinar on Friday, October 22nd, 2021 where our experts will provide an in-depth analysis on such requirements & test methods when compared to previous versions, industry standards and client performance requirements.
