We are proud to announce our official onboarding to the Core Climate, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s (HKEX) international carbon marketplace, reinforcing our commitment to advancing climate action, sustainable finance and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Core Climate is supporting the development of an integrated ecosystem and international carbon market in Hong Kong. The platform facilitates efficient and transparent trading of voluntary carbon credits and environmental instruments across Asia and beyond, while providing a one-stop solution for trading, custody and settlement.
As of March 2026, Core Climate's cumulative carbon credit transaction volume has exceeded 1 million tonnes, while the number of carbon reduction projects available on the platform had grown to more than 60, spanning forestry, solar, wind and biomass initiatives across Asia, South America and Africa.
Carbon credits available on Core Climate are sourced from internationally certified carbon projects worldwide. All projects listed on the platform are verified against international standards, such as Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) by Verra and Gold Standard Verified Emission Reductions (GS-VER).
