Tencent Achieves Dual ISO 37301 and ISO 37001 International Certifications

February 12, 2026

We are pleased to announce that we have awarded Tencent Holdings Limited, a world-leading internet and technology company, dual international certifications to GB/T 35770-2022/ISO 37301:2021 Compliance Management Systems and ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management Systems.

These certifications cover Tencent Holdings Limited (Hong Kong), Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) and Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing), encompassing all of their principal business operations.

As a multinational enterprise operating across diverse markets, Tencent faces continually evolving regulatory agreements and complex regulatory requirements. This achievement confirms that the company has established governance systems aligned with internationally recognized benchmarks, strengthening its overall risk and compliance framework.

These dual certifications reinforce Tencent’s strong commitment to corporate integrity, effective risk management and ethical business conduct. They also enhance stakeholder confidence and support Tencent’s ability to manage regulatory risks, enable sustainable global expansion and collaborate more effectively with international partners.

Mr. Steven Du Jia-bin, Head of Asia Pacific at SGS stated: “As global digitalization continues to accelerate, compliance has become a fundamental pillar of modern corporate governance. The achievement of these certifications reflects Tencent’s determination to embed internationally recognized best practices into its management and operational systems. We look forward to seeing Tencent further leverage these standards to strengthen its internal controls, enhance risk management capabilities and contribute to elevating compliance practices across the wider internet and technology sector.”

Mr. Martin Lee King-man, Director of Corruption Prevention at the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), extended his congratulations to Tencent on achieving the dual certifications. He highlighted that Tencent’s proactive participation in compliance and anti-bribery management – and its integration of integrity and transparency into daily operations – aligns closely with the ICAC’s mission of promoting a corruption free culture.

Lee added that through multiple rounds of professional training, Tencent demonstrated strong management commitment and a diligent, highly engaged team. He noted that the certifications reflect both Tencent’s sustained efforts and the positive results of close government enterprise collaboration in strengthening compliance.

These certifications cover all of Tencent’s major business operations and provide strong support for our overseas expansion and participation in global competition. Tencent will continue to explore how big data and artificial intelligence can enhance compliance and anti-bribery systems, fulfill our mission of ‘Tech for Good’ and contribute to a clean and transparent business environment together with our partners.”
