However, it can be expected that children may use them in unintended and unanticipated ways which can cause injuries, or even death. Therefore, it's important to make sure that faulty equipment, improper surfaces, and unsafe behaviour don't ruin the fun.
SGS Hong Kong is glad to introduce our new Playground Safety Inspection Service by providing various on-site safety inspections for public playgrounds, indoor or outdoor, which are intended for children aged 2 to 12, including but not limited to, those in parks, playhouses, restaurants, hotels, estates, and schools.

As of Nov 2022, our experts are the only inspectors from the TIC Industry in Hong Kong, to date, that are certified by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) as their International Playground Safety Inspector where we can help to:
