In May 2017, the final draft of EN 303 345 v1.1.7 was voted out because of the tight limits, leading to a need to rewrite the standard.

BACKGROUND

In May 2017, the final draft of EN 303 345 v1.1.7 was voted out because of the tight limits, leading to a need to rewrite the standard.

The official version of EN 303 345-1 v1.1.1 was released in June 2019 and other sub-standards, EN 303 345-2 v1.1.1 and EN 303 345-5 v1.1.1 were also released as the official versions in February 2020, which have removed the test requirement "Unwanted emissions in the spurious domain" from the final draft of EN 303 345 v1.1.1, where AM standard EN 303 345-2 v1.1.1 official versions differ significantly from the final draft of EN 303 345 v1.1.7.

The official versions of EN 303 345-3 v1.1.1 and EN 303 345-4 v1.1.1 were released in June 2021, compared to the draft versions of EN 303 345-3 v1.1.0 and EN 303 345-4 v1.1.0 that released in November 2019, the "Unwanted emissions in the spurious domain" test requirement was re-joined.

Updated versions of EN 303 345-2 v1.1.1 and EN 303 345-5 v1.1.1 are currently in preparation for a subsequent addition of the "Unwanted emissions in the spurious domain" test requirement.
