Litto’s expertise spans a comprehensive range of complex international compliance frameworks, with a specialized focus on EU and US regulatory requirements for electrical and electronic (EE) products. Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from Hong Kong Baptist University, seamlessly blending advanced scientific research capabilities with industry-leading regulatory strategy.
