Nantong Qiangsheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (Qiangsheng New Materials) has been officially presented with its greenhouse gas (GHG) emission and product carbon footprint (PCF) verification statements at the A+A 2025 International Trade Fair and Congress for Safety and Health at Work in Germany. The certificates were awarded by Philip Truelove, Global Account Manager at SGS, to Ms. Lynn Sha, General Manager of Qiangsheng New Materials.
This achievement represents a major milestone in Qiangsheng New Materials' sustainability journey within the PPE industry. As part of its low‑carbon strategy, the company conducted comprehensive greenhouse gas emission verification in strict accordance with ISO 14064‑3:2019. The results confirmed that the company's GHG emissions reporting fully aligns with ISO 14064‑1:2018, underscoring its commitment to transparency, data accuracy and climate responsibility.
In addition, PCF verification was conducted on six types of safety gloves in accordance with ISO 14067:2018 and other relevant standards. By quantifying product-level carbon footprints, the company gains valuable insights to strengthen its environmental stewardship and drive continuous improvement across its product portfolio to enhance market competitiveness.
